First we dug out the existing lawn and old patio. We laid down a new hardcore foundation and compacted it down. We installed the patio with 400 by 400 Black granite slabs with a Natural Grey borderline for contrast.
We built new raised flower-beds around the perimeter of the garden.
Finally we laid down new, roll-on lawn to complete to project.
