This patio was installed by an inexperienced contractor only two years ago. Wrong and inadequate material caused the slabs to sink, chip and crack. We lifted all the slabs and installed a proper new foundation, a drainage system and recessed covers. We power-washed the original slabs, re-installed them and grouted the lines. Finally, we sealed the whole surface for longevity.
