Here are some before, during and after pictures of patio project, supplied and carried out by Drivescape Paving in Lucan, Dublin.
First we dug out the original patio and removed old materials. Then we laid a new hardcore foundation and a weed control barrier.
For the patio, we used 600 by 300 Black Granite slabs with Lizmore Silver Granite border. The layout includes two recessed manhole covers.
We installed raised flower beds along the walls using Charcoal blocks and we filled the rest of the area with roll-on turf.
