Take a look at some pictures of this tarmac driveway extension done by Drivescape Paving in Porters Caravan Park in Portrane, Co. Dublin.
Firstly we dug out the soil down to 12 inches and supplied and laid 804 stone base for the whole area. We significantly widened and extended the original driveway in the process. This will make the area easily accessible for vehicles, without turning the lawn into a muck.
We poured 10 mm thick layer of tarmacadam on top of the stone base and used heavy machinery to power-roll it down for a smooth finish.
